The 2020 Fete will be held on Sunday 18th October 12-4pm at Allandale Domain.

The Fete will showcase the amazing talents and work of members of our community. We will have stalls galore (new and old), music, fun for the kids, food and other attractions that will make this a truly memorable community day. 

This year's fete is again supporting Save the Jetty  Entry is by gold coin donation.

Information for Fete stallholders

Our vision is a fete that is fun with a great community vibe. There will be free activities and music with a mix of stall types, including community and commercial.

We want variety! For the sake of the vendors and customers, we’re limiting the number of vendors selling similar products. Governors Bay Community Association reserves the right decline applications. However, we cannot guarantee that there won’t be another stall selling similar products. There will be up to 50 stalls.

Entry is by arrangement in advance only.

If you are selling stuff to raise money for yourself or your business, the fee for a stall is $40. We’ll send you an invoice before the event.

Stall size is 4m x 6m (including space for parking). If you want a bigger stall, you can have 8m x 12m but you will need to pay for two.

All stall fees are non-refundable. There is no postponement date for bad weather.

We only provide the grassy area. You’ll need to bring everything you need – table, gazebo, cash float, power, and water if you need them. You must take all your rubbish with you when you leave.

Parking is available at the stalls.

Stallholder fees go towards rebuilding the jetty and some of the stalls are raising money to save the jetty. But it’s not just about the jetty! We’ll have lots of stalls raising money for their community group.
